New Shape Gilera Runner 183cc Hybrid Conversion

 

Gilera Runner ST 2017 Frame Fabricated for a 2001 SP183 2-Stroke Engine.

55mm Long Stroke Crankshaft

Tuned Malossi 172cc Cylinder

Pm Tuning PM59 Exhaust

28mm Keihin Carburetor 

Full Malossi Front & Rear Suspension 

Oversized Malossi Disks with 8.1 Brake Calipers 

Dyno'd & Set up to a Solid 29bhp

Gilera Runner SP183 2002 

Scooter previously came in the workshop with a Malossi 172 Engine / PM59 / RD Reed Block + 35mm Carburetor. 

Dyno'd at 20BHP 

Engine was then pulled apart, Ported and reinstalled with a 55mm stroke Crankshaft 

Running all the same components PM59 Exhaust/RD Inlet + 35mm Keihin Carburetor 

Went back on the Dyno and hit just over 34BHP! 
Huge Gain from a extra 11cc and ported correctly!
